The Concept
Born in the Philipinnes, Chicken Inasal is one of the most popular dish and name that can be recognised by any Filipino in the UK. It takes everyone on a journey back home and our aim is to bring that same authentic Chicken Inasal to London. Whilst making it the go to place for Filipinos we also want to introduce our food to the British Palates.
We focus on promoting the Filipino culture and embrace the western world. Our visual indentity is centered around one of the ancient language of the Philippines “Baybayin” recognised by the UNESCO.
